The Exhibits Hall this year will be located on the third floor of the Hamilton Convention Centre by Carmen’s in Chedoke B and C. View the floor plan here.

 

Tuesday, June 20:

Exhibitor Set-up | 1:30pm - 5pm

Opening Reception in the Hall | 5pm-6:30pm

Wednesday, June 21

Exhibits Hall Hours | 9am - 6pm

Coffee Break in the Hall | morning

Poster Session & Reception in Exhibits Hall | 4pm – 6pm

Thursday, June 22

Exhibits Hall Hours | 9:00am – 1:30pm

Exhibits & Eats Lunch in Exhibits Hall | 12pm – 1:30 pm
